Yea via the control app that functions with this device fitt or something like that. Pretty much anything you can think of.

If your Bluetooth connection can reach your lights from your car, then yes you can control them from your car. Otherwise the controls will not work unless your phone is within Bluetooth range. You can always program the bulbs to go on and off at a certain time.
