If contacting the retailer does not work, contact us (uniden) at 1-800-291-1023 and we can do some troubleshooting and look into warranty options.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know what the problem could be. Ours are working fine. Perhaps, the battery got damaged by heat or humidity and can no longer charge. You should contact the vendor and request a replacement promptly. Thank you for letting me know. We'll keep an eye on the charging of the sets.
