CAN THIS DASH CAM WORK WHEN THE CAR IF OFF null

If you have it connected to constant 12 volt power when the vehicles ignition is turned off and keys removed it will continue to stay on and record. My camera has been on and recording since I bought it over a year ago. You can turn it off manually, unplug it when you want it to shut off, or plug it into a 12 volt power source that shuts off when the vehicle is turned off and keys removed

Yes this can work when the car is off if you have it plugged into an constant power source such as a cigarette lighter. We leave our on all the time.
