You have to set the channel on the device you purchased and your car. Read the user manual carefully if I'm not making sense.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to hold the menu button which is number three if I'm correct till it blinks then use the first or the second button to set the radio station that you want to use then turn your car radio to that station and it should work

Please try again later.plug it into the headphone jack, choose an FM station that doesnt already have a station broadcasting on it, so one with just static or white noise, and set your radio AND transmitter to that station, once the ipod is playing it should work just fine

Make sure there's a good connection with your lighter too as there may be a problem with it. Try it in another car if you can to see if that might be a problem. Follow the instructions to the letter, hopefully it'll work for you sooner than later.
