Q: QuestionI changed internet providers and the remote doesnt work now. I downloaded the roku app on my phone just to make it work in the meantime, but the remote is useless now and will power on my BenQ projector but wont work when touched to the roku option

• A:Answer There are a few remotes from URC that can also work alongside an app. The MX HomePro and Total Control product lines do that, though this model (X-8) is not one of those models. You might want to look at Savant if you're looking for a professional quality remote that works alongside an app.

• A:Answer That depends on how they programmed the favorites for you. Sometimes with cable/satellite programmers will make the page buttons (to the left and right of MAIN) change the pages, and as you change the pages inside your cable box/satellite box you might have access to your favorite channels. If that doesn't work, then you might want to contact your programmer.
