That depends on how they programmed the favorites for you. Sometimes with cable/satellite programmers will make the page buttons (to the left and right of MAIN) change the pages, and as you change the pages inside your cable box/satellite box you might have access to your favorite channels. If that doesn't work, then you might want to contact your programmer.
