A:AnswerDoubtful. The transmitter and receiver are paired at the factory. My transmitter went tango-uniform and I had to replace with a new kit. The new transmitter would not communicate with the old receiver.

Although it can be used with a hearing aid, it also has a headphone jack that can allow you to connect headphones or a set of powered computer speakers to it. Although it requires multiple components, it will give you what you are looking for but at a cost of $300 or so. Benefit though is that if you are using a compatible hearing aid, it will give you freedom of movement.

The transmitters and receivers for the subwoofer and speakers have different connectors. Rear speakers use regular speaker connectors.The subwoofer uses 1 or 2 rca inputs so far as I know.
