- Answer Hi Javier, Sorry, the Leisure 470 Pro projector doesn't support Bluetooth. You will have to use a wire to connect it to an external speaker.

QuestionMy Samsung S21+ works fine with this projector, but my girlfriend's iPhone 13 doesn't show video. It connects, we can see her phone's screen & all the audio, but when she opens Hulu, Netflix, etc. & plays a movie, only the audio plays. Screen's blk. Help?

- Answer Hi there, Since all content on these streaming services, such as Netflix, is classified by the HDCP protocol, our projector does not support streaming movies over the phone. The same things apply to HBO, Disney+, Prime Video, HULU and others. Note: UGC content on Youtube and TikTok is not subjected to the protocol. Instead, you can connect an Amazon Fire TV Stick / Google Chromecast to the projector to stream Netflix movies. Here are 2 videos for your reference. QuestionI have a Microsoft surface computer that has no input for a hdmi cord. I will have wifi to do my presentation. Does this projector work with just wifi and project what is on my computer with google slides & power point?

- Answer The projector provides a tether connection to do your slide, but that means you can’t connect to the internet since you are using the wifi option to connect to it. I have a Microsoft surface go, best way is to purchase the port device that has slots for HDMI and USB as well.

QuestionSill trying to get an answer regarding the cryptic instructions that accompanied my ivankyo projector. I was referred to an invalid email for info. Support@ivankyo.com. The pictures in the instruction seem to indicate not recommended for use with slides.

- Answer Hi Gillian, Thanks for asking. The Leisure 470 projector cannot directly open your PowerPoint presentation from a USB drive or other external storage. But if you connect a computer to the projector via the HDMI port, you can still have your presentation displayed on the big screen since in this case, the processing is done on the computer instead of the projector.
