QuestionWhenever i put my 128gb Sandisk SD card into my macbook pro, the videos are incredibly laggy or even worse, the video is frozen and the audio plays. And then when i airdrop it to my iphone, the video freezes but the audio plays. What could be the issue?

- Answer I suggest you stop by a Best Buy where they offer audio installation and show them your car. That's what I did with my wife's 2011 Kia Sorento. The mirror-camera system works great! Installation was free because I have Total Tech plan which I also recommend. Good luck!

QuestionIs the screen an actual mirror that can be used as a traditional rear view mirror while still recording the front and rear view while driving? This is for a new driver and I don’t want to overwhelm her with tech but would like to record her driving.

- Answer Yes. The camera activates when you put it in reverse then comes on as showing forward & backward views simultaneously for 30 seconds after you go forward. then it reverts to a regular rearview mirror.
