Yes this is a very good MiFI device with better cell reception from the previous versions and faster upload and download speeds via 4G. I connected my Apple TV to this device and was able to stream movies without buffering as it had a good connection to Verizon as my carrier. The real question surrounding any streaming service is going to be your cell carrier and more specific your data plan and your connection (cell coverage). Speeds will very depending on how good your coverage is. Assuming you have a few bars and are in a normal cell coverage area you should be good, you might want to calculate how much data you will consume with streaming as Verizon as an example will drop to 600kbps (check your plan) after your designated paid data amount so you might experience buffering or your browser or device might lower the quality of the video stream being delivered to you. This device also has great battery life.
