“I often travel home to visit my family in rural area. I barely get a bar on my cell phone. Will I be able to use on cell phone as well as tablet. My phone and tablet are apple and my carrier is Verizon. Need to know before l purchase. Thanks”

These questions are tough because of the variations in towers, phones, MIFI units. Anyway this MIFI works for me where others have failed as it is better hardware than the older ones. I easily run 5 devices at once. I chose to use MIFI even though I guess the phone can do some mifi also. If you can buy and try in 14 days, thats the best. So my new MIFI works as I have always wanted on the Canadian Border so I can run the ipad and laptop. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.If your cell service is Verizon and you only received one bar when you are visiting family the hotspot is not going to improve your service For WiFi. I switched from AT&T to Verizon just to see if the services Would be better and Verizon is working better the AT&T was in rural Area
