What Verizon told me is it has to be active for a month as prepaid before it can be switched to the post paid account. I have not tried it yet on mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I replaced my sons old phone with this one. I did it through chat with Verizon. They waived the fee to activate the phone. Other reviews mentioned having to pay the fee. Before you do anything with it, just call Verizon and tell them what you want to do and they should help out. Doing it through chat was a pain.
