A:AnswerWhat Verizon told me is it has to be active for a month as prepaid before it can be switched to the post paid account. I have not tried it yet on mine.
A:AnswerIf you don’t pay for service, you will lose your number after 2 months. You can text and call if you have an app that works when you’re connected to WiFi.
A:AnswerIt comes with a prepaid sim and number. If you want this as your regular acct phone you will have to pay a month of prepay and then swap sims with your existing. You can also keep the prepay number and move it to a regular account
A:AnswerThe sales person can’t port your number from att. Go to Verizon website call the number or chat with representatives online but before you do get the account number and the pin you used with att and the switch will take 5 minutes. All the phones you see cheap in bestbuy are refurbished.
A:AnswerI remember it is possible to transfer data from Android phone to Apple iPhone (I did about 5 years ago). Ask one of the mobile service salesman at Best Buy to help you with that. Good wishes!
A:Answerno, it's Verizon PREPAID. You pay each month in advance. It is a promotion so I am not sure when it will end. If you go on Verizon auto-pay, they will deduct $5 a month. I am paying about $35 a month because I enrolled in autopay, and have unlimited calls and text messages, and 6 KB of data. The Best Buy rep set the whole thing up for me as a courtesy. NOT UNLOCKED!.
A:AnswerNo it’s not water resistant, but it is malfunctioning on me and I will be returning to get a new phone, I was out of town on business and all of a sudden my phone died on me out of nowhere, I had to purchase a new phone I was in a remote area where no stores were. The phone glitches and I’m pretty sick of IPhone at this point too expensive for the inconvenience.
A:AnswerYes a sim card is included with your phone. Just call verizon from another phone and update your account with your new device and new sim number located in the packaging.
