A:AnswerWith power off, press and hold the power on and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15 to 30 seconds, should be able to erase data from the bootloader. If that combo doesn't work try power and volume up. Hope it helps,

The case is very simple and doesnt protect the phone and for this kind of phone you need a very sturdy hard protective case. Your phone screen will crack on your first drop I can assure you. You're going to need something that protects the phone all around including a very good screen protector. Replacing the phone won't be cheap. Motorola charges you for a replacement the price of the phone itself.
