Q: QuestionI purchased this item recently but I haven't been able to successfully Bluetooth to a speaker of my choice. Are these compatible with Bose soundbars or headphones? I have surpassed the returns window.

• A:Answer Hello Klik, We would first recommend factory resetting the Bose soundbar or headphones. Once that is factory reset please attempt the pairing instructions below. CONNECT TO SPEAKERS MULTI-FUNCTION BUTTON Press and hold to power ON / OFF. Single press to switch output modes: RCA OUTPUT - LED: Flashes white, then solid white. VINYLSTREAM™ (BLUETOOTH OUTPUT) - LED: Flashes blue. Note: When powering back ON, the turntable will return to the last used output mode. PAIR BLUETOOTH SPEAKER OR HEADPHONES Enter VINYLSTREAM (Bluetooth output) mode and turntable will automatically enter pairing mode. LED: Flashes blue. Make sure your Bluetooth device is in pairing mode. Turntable will automatically pair to your Bluetooth device. Once paired, LED will turn solid blue for one second, then turn solid white. Note: Volume is controlled by Bluetooth device. If the issue persists, please reach out to [email protected] so we may provide 1 on 1 assistance.
