Are you trying to stream through a laptop? If so what you are streaming may be the wrong format. Check that first and make sure its compatible. Possibly try calling Victoria Support and have all. A:AnswerI'm not sure if you can connect to a bluetooth speaker. Best Buy used OnTrac to deliver to my house for this Christmas present. OnTrac did not deliver to my house and Christmas passed. The device was "discovered" by a FedEx driver outside of a neighbors house weeks later (nice neighbor, right?). I got the box from my neighbor. I've notified Best Buy that if they want to retrieve it they can have it back. Best Buy went on to not pursue the pick up. It's still sitting in the box on my floor, untouched. Thank goodness to my Visa card which stopped payment.
A:AnswerMine does the same thing. What I do is I have my remote in hand and as soon as I press power on the unit, I have my finger on volume down on the remote and it turns down really quick.
