Well you can Google it but it really is simple to use. Just screw into your wine bottle after it's been uncorked (works with MOST corked wine bottles) and once installed, just twist to the right to open and pour or to the left to stop and close. You will notice that the burgundy and black pieces form a sort of flower when closed and more of an open bud when in the open position to pour.

The temperature display will adjust to reveal the current temperature of your wine. You may leave it in this position to prevent drips when pouring. To seal a bottle, simply place the stopper into the mouth of the bottle.
