No, I have Verizon for cell service. I will tell you service is horrible if not right in a city or right by a tower. Doesn't work in my driveway!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will have to contact Directed (Viper) 800-274-0200 and get a service plan through them. Once activated yes it will use its own AT&T service plane through Directed. Right now they offer four plans. One with GPS/remote start for 1 year for $100 or Remote Start only for $70 a year. They also offer 3 year package but I didn't ask for the pricing on that. This is a add on unit for existing Viper system and is not a stand alone unit. Just in case you didn't already know that so make sure your module supports it before buying.
