- Answer I had the same problem when I first hooked it up, made sure the batteries were in right and tapped it on my knee. Been great since.

QuestionI have a Vizio sound bar that worked great for the past 3 years with an older Samsung 46”. Just bought a new 65” Samdung and had to add the optical, infrared connector. Now the sound periodically goes out and it says FMT error on the sound bar. WTF?

QuestionI accidentally pressed the Bluetooth button and it's like stuck on it I can't get sound to come out of it when I'm plugged in and I can't get into Bluetooth on my device how do I shut down the Bluetooth that's activated on the sound bar
