QuestionWhy does my sounder make buzzing or static noises?Whenever I watch Terminator Salvation on Blu-ray, the soundbar makes buzzing or static noises, especially when there are scenes with explosions and shootings. Is it the quality of the optical cable what is causing this , is it because this sounder doesn't come with a subwoofer, or could it be something else?

- Answer The bass is to high, and the soundbar can't handle it. I would get the auxiliary subwoofer to lessen the bass load.

- Answer No. This model does not support expansion beyond a wired subwoofer, which I would not recommend. I did, and returned this bar. Full dialogue and vocals were heard through the subwoofer. Terrible. To fix this, I got the Yamaha ats-1050, and now sounds amazing with my JBL subwoofer.

- Answer The unit does come with a remote. On the soundbar, on the left side, when activated there are a row of leds up and down to see the volume, bass,treble and center levels.

- Answer Thank you for a great question! This would wholly depend on the functionality of the receiver. We cannot verify that this would function exactly this way, as we cannot verify how the receiver would function. This soundbar can accept RCA red/white, 3.5mm, optical, and digital coaxial inputs. - Answer Thank you for a great question! This soundbar does not have a direct "Dialog Enhancement" feature, but does have a separate Center channel that can be adjusted. The Center channel is where dialog is output through for most content. Thanks again and have a great day!

QuestionHow is the bass response? I don't need the thunderous output that a subwoofer can provide, but I just want to know if the sound is rich and full and still have some bass firmness to it.

QuestionWant to use a Samsung or Dish Network (922...not the Hopper) remote! I called Vizio and they gave me codes 1517 and 31517 that are used for universal remotes, but this Dish only accepts 3 digits. Don't want to buy a universal remote.

QuestionIs this product HDMI-CEC capable.We have currently have a Samsung HT system but need to replace it. The HT system we have is HDMI-CEC, so it turns the TV when we turn it on and will change the input when we switch from the Dish to the Blu ray player. Does this sound bar switch to the different outputs (ex: digital output to coaxial digital output) when switching from the Dish to the blu ray or does this need to be done manually? I haven't been able to fine any info on it online.

- Answer I'm pretty sure you have to do it manually. The only time it has changed automatically for me is when I open a song and it's with Bluetooth. Otherwise you have to do it manually.

- Answer definitely. Of course this system does not have the subwoofer which can make the deeper bass sound, but for the price, it is good.
