I had the TV for 3 days, and I had to reset it every day to get the channels to display using the TV input. Every morning the screen would display “NO Signal”. I would unplug the TV, then plug it back in again and it would work fine. That was one problem. The second was that I had to spend time skipping all the channels I did not want to display. Once you unplugged the TV, you would lose all the settings. So to answer your question, Yes. The TV has a tuner. But....
