QuestionI am totally confused about this TV. If I have cable TV through my local provider, will I be able to watch the stations or does everything have to be cast through my phone??

- Answer I have a cable running to a box for my DirecTv and it works fine. The only thing the phone was needed for was the remote control app because the remote that comes with it is basically on/off and volume. I downloaded the phone app to program the tv but never use the phone now because I use my DirecTv remote.

QuestionWill this TV's internal tuner allow viewing directly from cable, thus by passing need for TWC STB ( I am not thinking of premium channels and the like, just locals and lower tiers)?

- Answer I had the TV for 3 days, and I had to reset it every day to get the channels to display using the TV input. Every morning the screen would display “NO Signal”. I would unplug the TV, then plug it back in again and it would work fine. That was one problem. The second was that I had to spend time skipping all the channels I did not want to display. Once you unplugged the TV, you would lose all the settings. So to answer your question, Yes. The TV has a tuner. But....

- Answer Video and audio are great. Has a remote but limited control from there. Have to use your phone or tab to enter settings and other functions. Connectivity is best with home Wi-Fi but has difficulty with hotspot or Bluetooth connectivity.
