QuestionAssuming the Dish Network tuner is connected to an HDMI on this TV, can we switch from Dish to, say, Amazon Prime just by pushing the Amazon button on the Vizio-supplied remote?

- Answer It’s a shame to connect a dish cable box to a 4 k tv. You get the full 4K by connecting wired through Ethernet cab,e or wirelessly if iyou have enough speed. Maybe you can configure the amazon prime button to connect to amazon prime on dish but you should rethink your strategy. Cut the chord and invest in high speed cable or fiber optic.

- Answer There is a complete manual online in the Best Buy description of this product. Since one doesn't come with the TV, it would be beneficial to download this manual as I believe its about 50 pages, more or less. Quickly, on the remote in the upper left corner there is an "input" button. Pressing this button one, two, three, or more times will take you to the built in apps and HDMI, etc.

QuestionI just purchased the Visio VSeries. I have not opened the box yet. Will this tv show full screen? I have a Visio currently that doesn't . It says 40 inch but you lose 6 inches on each side. So basically it's a 30 inch and the deceived the public :)

- Answer The bezel is thin a little more than 1/4",. Keep in mind that a thin bezel is sleek looking, however the lighter the TV normally the weaker the sound.

- Answer They have it listed as 120 hZ refresh rate but it’s only 60 hZ. If you want to game at high FPS without tearing then stay away from this one.
