QuestionHow can I connect an older gaming console that has yellow/red/white component cables? There isn’t a component option when changing the input with the remote. Only HDMI, SmartCast, and PC are available options. Is there a setting I can change?

QuestionI recently bought an Xbox One X but cannot get it to display 4K. It will only display 720p and 1080p. This is the 1st 4K device that I have hooked up to it and the only 4K device I own. Is there a setting or specific input I should be using?

- Answer I believe that you need to get an HDMI cable that will support 4K. The regular ones will not work.

- Answer You need to stream 4k videos, the tv doesn't upscale 1080 videos to 4k. But streaming isn't the only way to see 4k, the new ps4 has 4k available, many new blu ray players, hdmi offers 4k as well

- Answer Most tv's are 60hz and up, change the settings to 60hz or 120hz. Those are the most common settings

- Answer No you do not. Comes with a standard remote that offers basic functions. The app you can download offers more advanced controls but is not required.
