QuestionRear surround speakers doesn't play sound when using the youtube app when connected to TV via HDMI Arc. But it works when I connect it via bluetooth from phone. Is this an known issue? How do I over come this one flaw?

- Answer I believe this is because some YouTube videos are not encoded to be surround sound. I have found some videos which test Dolby Atmos which incorporated my rear speakers, while other shows I enjoy are only encoded in stereo. Conversely, music is more commonly coded to be played on surround systems for the audiophile community.

QuestionI have a Samsung - 65" Class Q70 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV bought last year and apple TV hooked up to Xfinity comcast cable (with the main unit that controls all others/recorder connected to the TV). Whats best setup for this configuration?

QuestionDoes Night mode not work for anyone else? For me it makes no difference if it is turned on of off. It seems if I use Volume Leveler it works a lot better than Night mode at keeping loud sounds quieter. What's the point of Night mode if it does nothing?

QuestionI have a samsung TV 65" that is 8- 10 years old, not a "smart" TV model. My audio receiver quit today, I removed it from the system and just using the audio from the TV speakers. Will the Visio 5.1.2 sound bar connect to this system ?

- Answer Yes! You can hook it up with the digital optical cable that comes with it. You really need a TV with internet access though. If you had one you could purchase a Vizio sound bar with Dolby Atmos so you can experience the full effect of High Definition with sound and vision.

QuestionThe post for this says 5.1.2 but the videos show both the bar and rear speakers having upward firing speakers (5.1.4). Which is it? I had previously seen the 5.1.4 system sold on Amazon for $500 (now out of stock) and is the one I am looking to purchase.

- Answer This model (SB36512-F6) is a 5.1.2 system and the surround speakers do not have upward firing height speakers. The next model up (SB46514-F6 ) is a 5.1.4 system that does have the upward firing speakers on its surround speakers.
