Q: QuestionI have a Vizio 50” model E50u-D2. I need a Bluetooth transmitter for my head phones. Which one do I need and do you have it.

Q: QuestionWe were planning on purchasing this TV, but I guess, as Boomers, are not as tech-savvy as we thought. Do you HAVE to use the "Smartcast" and "Chromecast" features, or can a traditional remote (which I see comes with the TV) be used only?

• A:Answer Thank you for a great question on our SmartCast™ E50u-D2! If you are looking to use the display just to watch your cable box or satellite receiver, you do not need a smartphone or tablet. If you want to access the menu, or utilize applications, you cannot access any applications through the display itself. These are all are accessed by Casting them from your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet. It must be running iOS 8.0 or higher or Android 4.4 or higher. You can pair them with the VIZIO SmartCast™ application available for free download in both app stores. You can Cast many popular applications such as HBO NOW, Netflix, Hulu Plus, Spotify, VUDU, and hundreds more! Q: QuestionI have only coaxial coming out of the wall. What do I need to get the signal to this TV?

• A:Answer The E50u-D2 does not have a tuner. You would need to purchase an external turner separately. However,in order to achieve the best picture quality and to take advantage of the 4K Ultra HD technology, it is recommended to use the HDMI connections. Most high definition cable or satellite boxes have an HDMI output.- Jesse
