Q: QuestionWill the built in chrome cast allow for streaming 4k content from your phone?
Asked by JoshuaW.
- A:Answer My understanding is that it will, once the streaming service is providing 4K content. I do not believe they are doing so now. The Chromecast doesn't stream the content "from" the phone, exactly; it uses the phone to connect the Chromecast to the provider over WiFi. Supposedly, your phone or device doesn't really do anything once you cast, so if it loses connectivity or the battery dies or something, the video still plays. Basically, the device's computing power or bandwidth or whatever the right term is would not be a limitation of the quality of content you can stream.

Q: QuestionPlanning on using this TV outside . How is the reflection on this tv?
Asked by Carol.
- A:Answer While it does have a wonderful picture quality, the slick design on the screen does not block much glare. I get a good bit of reflection from lights that are directly behind me when watching tv but not so much from above lights. I would recommend finding a tv with a screen that isn't shiny if that makes sense.

Q: QuestionDo I need to have Wi-Fi to cast from my Galaxy S8 plus to the Vizio TV?
Asked by Jody.
- A:Answer Google Chromecast technology (like the technology used in the E50-E3) uses WiFi to allow your devices to communicate with one another in order to 'Cast' content from your phone to the Display. In order to Cast, both devices would need to be connected to your home's WiFi network.
