This quarantines your PC secure network from your IOT insecure network, nobody can hack your TV to access your computer network as it is segmented physically.
However if your concern is someone using a built in microphone to spy on conversations that is a bit tricky, you would need to disassemble the device and cut the wires to the microphone. This would void your warranty
A:AnswerShort answer, yes. I'm not sure what other devices you are looking to control, but I was able to easily add my Vizio sound system to the tablet remote and it works great. I have Directv and was able to download an app on the table to control the Directv DVR (although I still like the DTV remote better).

Additionally, turn Active LED on. This is an FALD (Full Array Local Dimming) so if you are not using this you are not getting max benefit from your TV.

A:AnswerIts works excellent. Definetly make sure you have good hdmi cables, as the ps4 pro hdm cable provided is junk. Xbox provides a good cable. I love playing video games on this tv.
