• There is no menu button. You must download the vizio remote app and use the settings on it to reset the tv.

• The remote does not have a menue button. All settings are done through the vizio smartcast app.

• I am only able to access the menu thru Smart cast App they make you download to use the Chromecast/Vizio combo app. I havent looked for a universal remote yet Im sure there has to be one.

• Hello there is no menu button on provided remote.you have to download vizio smart cast app on your android device.the app have a lot of configuration like brightness color setting and other adjustment.and maybe reset.sorry for my bad english.
