Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to set your connection to manual. Use the IP address that it pulled in auto setup. The gateway will probably be your router/modem address. Set the Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS 1) and the secondary to 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS 2). Other than that, it may be a firewall issue. Mine set up on automatic with no issues. Hope this helps.
