Settings in the picture mode have auto dimming feature which was slow to respond.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does not flickr. I have read there are batches of this TV that just had bad production issues, maybe you got one of those. If tweaking the settings does not help, I would take it back for a replacement.
