• It's natural 60hz and 120hz smooth motion. https://www.cnet.com/products/vizio-m-series-2016/review/ If you wait a little bit higher natural refresh rates might be available at affordable prices...

• The panel has a true 60hz refresh with an effective 120hz refresh rate via "clear motion" software. It is not a true 120hz panel like the 60 inch and above versions have.
