• Not as simple as yes or no. Refresh Rate has to do with 2 major things. If you watch a lot of Action Sports or Play a lot of Action Games then yes, but if not then not worth the cost difference.

• This one has 60 but uses the backlight trick for 120. No matter who does it, the higher you push the refresh rate the worse the picture will look. I turn off this in mine and it looks fine, movies are 24fps and they look fine
