QuestionDoes this TV have bluetooth? If yes, how do I access it?

- Answer This TV uses Bluetooth LE to pair to wireless devices. This connection is then used by downloading the VIZIO SmartCast application to those devices to control settings on the TV. However, this TV does not have a Bluetooth audio out that can be used for speakers or headphones.

QuestionWhat version are the HDMI ports on this TV? I'm guessing that being 4k it's supposed to be HDMI 2.0. At least I would hope.

QuestionThis tv says 2160p, but 1080 is all I get. Is that for certain programming? Or should all programming be 2160? My Samsung set has a better picture than this one. I tried the number for customer service, all I got was music for 45 minutes.

- Answer You have to have a source and content that supports 2160. Luckily for you and me this tv has chromecast so you can stream from Netflix or YouTube (only ones I've tried ) in 2160

- Answer The SmartCast input does have limited applications such as Netflix, Amazon prime Video, Hulu and Vudu installed and you cannot add extra apps to the input. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network.

QuestionMy TV stand is new, it is exactly 53 inches wide the TV feet are 53 inches wide the feet will be at the end of the cabinet but not over -- Is This Ok. ?

- Answer My only concerns would be that a) it looked like the TV was too big for the platform it was sitting on, and b) if the TV is accidently moved 'slightly' (maybe during cleaning of the area or by a child) the TV could 'crash to the floor'. I personally would probably not do it but your risk assessment might be different than mine.

- Answer YES! FYI all of the Vizio Smart TVs that you buy at Best Buy will all have ports for the sound bars, Chromecast, anything that you may need if you don't have a smartphone you may need to have a smart cast device on the back with it has a port for. It has ports for everything every version, and style of a Vizio Smart TV has every single HDMI port, Chromecast port, PC port, etc, that you could possibly ever use. I even have my laptop hooked up to it. Vizio knows how to spoil people let them spoil you!

- Answer The Sling application cannot be added to the SmartCast screen. We are continually evaluating more applications for addition to the SmartCast screen. However, you can cast the Sling application to the television along with any other chromecast enabled applications.

QuestionThe model number is a typo. Vizio makes the models E65-F0 and E65-E1. The former being the 2017 model and latter being the 2018 model. There are huge differences in the quality of the two models. Can anyone confirm which model this actually is?

- Answer The television does not have a built in FireTV application and it cannot be downloaded to the TV. We are continually evaluating more applications for addition to the SmartCast input. If the application is Chromecast enabled you can cast the application from any mobile device on your network to the television.
