QuestionHave had tv for couple weeks. Getting a halo effect from bright text or objects when there it has a dark background behind it. How do I adjust the settings to stop that?

- Answer Hello, you could limit this affect by lowering the Active Full Array settings in the picture-Advance Picture section. You could also just use the Calibrated or Calibrated Dark picture modes. It all depends on your particular lighting situation. Oh also change the Gamma level for your appropriate lighting situation, it is located in the Advanced picture settings of the picture settings. Hope this helps

QuestionAttention vizio team..I just bought the P65Q9 and have had massive issues with the tv not wanting to play my Xbox one x. Games have green screens glitches out. If i turn off the VRR on the Console the game works fine. Is a patch/fix in the works?

- Answer I had the same problem with my One S, after a week of trouble shooting I found out it was a problem with the console not the TV. The Xbox One series can’t seem to sustain any type of 4K gaming. Another thing you might try to fix is in your tv settings. Mine was automatically set to automatically detect my console and adjust the settings of the tv optimally, but my console couldn’t handle that, so any gaming made it glitch out and green screen. Look deeper into your console’s video settings and see if it works at 1080p with HDR off

- Answer You can connect to Wi-Fi for smart capabilities. However, this TV does not have Bluetooth or wifi to connect to a soundbar. I cannot understand why.

QuestionI notice that when I turn on my ps4pro the adjustment for the color and I think two other features are grayed out and there isn't anything I can do about it. It is when my ps4 games are HDR10 that I can adjust the color and other gray features. Why?

- Answer Ps5 says a vrr update is coming soon and vizio says they are working on a fix to allow 120hz from the ps5 to work. All my research points to a ps5 vrr fix by spring and a possible vizio fix by summer. Pretty unsettling since both my vizio quantum p65q9-h1 and my ps5 came out in 2020.
