“Is the HDMI ARC cord that comes with the sound bar in wall rated?”

• There's no indication that it is, and it's also pretty short, like 24 inches.

• The Geek Squad people that installed my TV and sound bar told me that it was not “in wall” rated. They also recommended using the optical cord instead because the ARC HDMI cord isn’t as reliable and does not always produce a strong connection between the sound bar and TV.
