Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, this is a stationary fan. However, the design is semi-circular. It blows air through the slanted, semi-circular vents, making the air circulate through the room in a more efficient manner. It does work but is not as powerful. In a warm day, say 90 degrees, the lowest setting is useless and the highest setting is just ok. If the temperature is lower, it does help. I have a pretty small room and it doesn’t cool the whole room unless the temperature is in the low 80s or 70s.
