QuestionDoes this phone have the ability to roll a call from one phone line to another. So I get a call on one line and they line will not be busy but when I transfer the call it actually goes to one of the other lines.

- Answer Hi Dave. The VTech CM18445 is compatible with rollover service with your telephone company. Please note that rollover service is provided by your telephone service provider. Please make sure that they have set up your lines to have Rollover Service or Hunt Groups. Thank you!

QuestionIs there a way that when someone calls in and we can't answer the phone, that the voicemail can be silent so you can't hear the message play out loud when you are helping another patient.

QuestionOur old phone had a paging feature that we set up to send a page out to our cell phone & alert us each time a voicemail was left on our phone. Helped our medical practice avoid an answering service. Does this phone have a similar paging feature?

QuestionWe have a single jack with a rotary phone line thru AT&T. Only one line works, the other 3 lines have no dial tone. How do we set up the system properly?

- Answer Each extension has independent directories. You cannot copy one extension's directory to another.

- Answer Yes, you can connect to Comcast lines. To have multiple extensions, you'll need to add a phone for each employee. CM18245 Cordless Desksets and/or CM18045 Cordless Handsets. Yes, you can have duplex conference calls.
