“I have a new base unit with two phones plus a third phone, and none of the units are recharging properly. The phones display that they are recharging, but they never go beyond 2 of the 3 bars. Is there some trick to getting the phones to charge fully?”

Allow the handsets to charge undisturbed for 10-12 hours. If the battery icon is not full after charging, call our support team @ 1-800-595-9511.
