- Answer Hi - The operating range of the VTech CS5129-26 varies and is dependent on the environmental conditions, the time of use and other interference such as walls, doors, and other obstructions. We recommend you place the telephone base in an open location for optimum range and better reception. The unit does not have Bluetooth capability. You may check the model IS8151-5 which has the Connect to cell feature you are looking for. Thank you! - VTech Support

- Answer Hi - If you are subscribed to Voicemail service from your telephone company and the handset screen displays "New Voicemail". To remove the message from the screen, you can simply review the message left on your mailbox. If you are referring to cancelling the service, you may contact you telephone service provider to get assistance on how to remove it. If you are referring to the built-in Answering system of the VTech CS5129-26, you can turn it off by pressing ANS ON/OFF on the telephone base. Thank you! - VTech Support

- Answer Marie - The ringer volume of both the base and handset can be adjusted up to volume level 6. Press Vol + on the telephone base to adjust the base ringer volume when the telephone base is not in use. For the handset: 1. Press MENU while on idle mode 2. Press ▼ or ▲ to choose Ringers and then press SELECT twice. 3. Press ▼ or ▲ to sample each ringer volume level. 4. Press SELECT to save. You hear a confirmation tone.
