A:AnswerHi - The compatible accessory cordless handset of the VTech CS5129-26 is the model CS5109-16. The telephone base supports a maximum of 5 cordless handsets. Thank you for your interest! - VTech Support
A:AnswerHi - Any other VTech standalone telephone will work as an extension as long as it is connected on a separate jack on the same line but this won't extend the range of the other base station. We do not have a range extender for the telephone system. Thank you for your interest! ~VTech Support
A:AnswerIf you use the SPEAKER feature and turn the volume to the highest setting, the audio volume is very loud and quality of talk is not affected.
Also, there are volume settings for the RINGER that can make the sound heard from quite a distance. I have one handset in my home office with RINGER on low (so as not to be disturbed during the work day), and other handset is located in my kitchen (approx 35' to 45' away). That RINGER is set on the 3rd highest volume and I can still hear it in my office. It could go 2 settings higher, if needed.
Hope this helps!
A:AnswerIt does not announce. It does show number or caller ID info on the handset screen of each handset. I also have Xfinity cable which provides the ability to show caller ID on my TV screen
A:AnswerYou will have to manually add the number that you want to block to the list on the handset, after you add the numbers on your list it will blocked them automatically.
