• A:Answer Lindz - Here's the procedure on how to adjust the ringer volume on the VTech CS6709 accessory cordless handset. 1. Press MENU when the handset is not in use. 2. Press ▼ to highlight Ringers, and then press SELECT. 3. Press ▼ to select Ringer volume, and then press SELECT. 4. Press ▲ or ▼ to sample each volume level. 5. Press SELECT to save your selection. Q: QuestionDoes Model CS6719 has a battery ? If so how do you open the phone? Where do you get a battery for it? You talk on the phone for a little while and then it goes dead and it has been recharging for days.

• A:Answer Yes this phone has a battery. It has a slide open plate on back side of phone to find and remove battery. If your phone is really old, it would probably be cheaper to purchase a new handset that includes a new battery.
