“Can this be expanded to the DS6251-2 series? it was suggested by Besy But as bough together but I am having an issue registering the device. Please help”

No you need the ds6250 handset. If you look at the box your ds6251-2 came in it says it needs the ds6250 to expand. As far as I can find it is the only one that works with your system. Very frustrating since Best Buy doesn’t sell it. I had to order it thru the manufacturer and return these ones.

If you look on the box the ds6251-2 it says you need the ds6250. As far as I could find it is the only handset that will work with the da6251-2. Very frustrating. When you look at the handset it will match the exact look of the ones in the da6251-2 set.
