Q: QuestionI already have one of these systems but I would like to expand my range with the headset. If I buy a 2nd system, can the headset be used with both bases? I want to spread them apart so that the 2nd base picks up the headset and I can talk continuously.

• A:Answer Hello Anne - The cordless headset of the VTech DS6771-3 will only work with one telephone base. You can install two units on the same line to work as extension phones. The cordless handsets and headset will only communicate with the telephone base they came with. Thank you, -VTech Support

Q: QuestionI just received my V Tech phone system. The salesman said the Bluetooth would have up to a 200 hundred foot range from the base. The booklet says 15 feet. Which is correct? I wanted something I could walk through the house with and still have a connection

Q: QuestionAlthough the bluetooth headset works for calls, How can I use the bluetooth headset when making calls and needing to press an option like 1 for english or needing to key in # for a conference code? I press on the keypad but it doesn't register anything.

• A:Answer Youvshould be able to use the V Tech on line one. Line 2 fax has a different signal tone than a phone. You can get an inline signal sensor to differentiate between a call and fax signal. Experiment with the line device.
