This product is compatible with PC and Mac. I use it on a Mac at work and I use it on my PC at home.

This must be an error in listing on Best Buy's end. The Cintiq is compatible with both operating systems, and you should have no trouble setting it up. It is best to think about this tablet as a type of second monitor, this is how your computer sees it essentially. As a side note, be aware that this device uses a dvi -d display output, so you may need to purchase an additional cable which converts the output to whatever your computer needs (ex. HDMI, or for mac, Thunderbolt). Hope this helps
