QuestionIf I run Adobe Creative Cloud of my macbook pro, could I use the Cintiq 22HD 21.5" as a display at the same time?

- Answer The Cintique is driven by the USB and HDMI/Display Port of the Mac, so it is in effect a display, but with touch screen input from the pen. So yes it would display the image from your application, that is how it works. If you mean to see it working as a second monitor for other purposes, such as when using Premier for editing, I would expect that could be set up in display preferences. Hope this helps. I have always been able to call Wacom support for tech questions, they're great.

- Answer No, this product is not setup anywhere in the store for you to test it out. Which sucks because it's a lot of money to spend when you have to buy it and then try it out before you are satisfied with it.

- Answer It would depend on what type of connection your Macbook has. The tablet uses a DVI connection. If your have a Mini-Display port/ Thunderbolt 1 or 2. We would recommend the iadaptDVI from Kanex.

Questioni have a couple questions 1. can i make animations with this tablet ? or is this for just drawing. 2 if not pleases direct me to the one i can use. 3. can i use my laptop with this or do i deep a desk top? 4 can i use finger to touch the screen ?

- Answer Yes you can make animations with this. When you set it up and connect it to your laptop I will tell you you must have an adapter if you have a laptop. I have a Mac desktop and I went through three adapters before I found the correct one. In order to do animations with this you need to add the software to the Wacom it’s all in the set up They have a touch screen. You just need to make sure you get the one that states touch screen. I would recommend you do a live chat with a Wacom rep. They can tell you exactly the one for your needs

- Answer There was when I was an instructor at Art Center. Look at the Wacom website under Education Pricing to see how it works. Or check the book store at your college.

- Answer Thank you for asking. This tablet is not a Stand-Alone device, you need to have a computer to use with. If you are looking for a stand-alone solution, you will want to look up the Wacom Mobilestudio Pro models that come in 13 and 16 inches. Hope that helps. Best

- Answer Please read link for correct drivers from Wacom. I been using them on iMac the intuos pro and cintiq HD 22. Intuos for about 3 years. The cintiq a few months. Biggest issue is: Cintiq needs a video input I spent two weeks finding the right cable for it to hook to Mac. Read second link!! - Answer You need two people to lift it and set it on the stand it comes with. It’s not that it’s really heavy for me. Probably for most woman it would be. It’s just big and for me being short and arm reach not very wide. I could lift it but I couldn’t maneuver it up and around to the stand. To lock it in place. I included a picture of my 22” tablet next to my 27” iMac That shows how big it is

- Answer Yes if you have a cable to connect to your Mac. This cable doesn’t come with the cintiq you must purchase extra on amazon. I waited two weeks going back and forth finding the correct one.
