• A:Answer Hi ESVGrand, This item is not assembled, but ships with step by step instructions as well as all necessary pieces and hardware. It takes about an hour to set up, on average. Best Buy also offers an in-home assembly service called "Geek Squad" but you would need to contact your local Best Buy to discuss details including pricing. Q: QuestionI have the Walker Edison TV stand with heater model F18V66L. I have had for 2 yrs. There is a smell when I turn on heater. Not quite a burning smell. Nothing near the heater. Could it need a cleaning. Never had this smell before.

• A:Answer Hi Dsavage, We recommend cleaning dust from the unit, especially near the vent and checking the cord for frays. The unit should not be left running when no one is home. If you have just turned it on after a long period on inactivity, give it a few days to not smell. If the smell continues or grows stronger, we recommend using basic judgement as to whether or not you should continue running the heater. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

• A:Answer Hello Happy, The fireplace in this TV console can heat a space up to about 400 sq feet. It's a simple plug in unit so installation is pretty easy. • A:Answer Hi Jeb, It does require assembly. The unit comes with assembly instructions and all parts and hardware. Our TV stands take about an hour on average to set up. You can purchase an in-home assembly service through Best Buy called Geek Squad. After assembling, we recommend using two people to lift and move it into place rather than dragging so the bottom supports are not broken. Let us know if we can help with anything else!

• A:Answer Hi, The dimensions and other details can be found under the Specifications tab in the listing. This unit is 58" wide, 24" high, and 16" deep. The shelves are removable, or adjustable if you'd like to keep them in. The cabinets are about 14 3/4" wide, 14 1/4" deep, and have a total height of 17 5/8" when not divided by the shelving. • A:Answer No. It's not a Hassel thing either. Unless your needing to turn on and off. But if your going to use it make sure you turn it off before leaving the house or sleeping. Safety instructions says it's requires to do so for no issue or fire hazard may happen.

The fireplace itself is an 18" x 18" insert that is already assembled, and just needs to be secured in the center of the console with provided screws. It's a simple plug-in unit.
