- Answer Hi! Thank you for reaching out here. The dimensions of the 2019 iMac 27" are 25.6" W x 8" D. This desktop's dimensions are 42" W x 20" D. With room for a keyboard (11-12" or so), you should be good. I hope that helps! Thank you!
