- Answer You have to open the door to pull out the crumb tray. They also say not to line it with aluminum foil.

- Answer Great question. We've been looking for a small turkey that will fit inside it. I would think a whole bird would have to be pretty small to fit inside and cook properly. I did cook a small turkey breast only in it and it did fantastic. Kinda the size of a Cornish hen.

- Answer Yes the oven gets hot on the outside. But not any hotter than other toaster ovens I've used.

- Answer No burners. Heat comes in from right side where control panel is located. Outside dimensions are 17 1/2 wide 11 deep 10 1/2 high. Inside cooking area 10 wide 9 deep 6 high.

- Answer This model does not come with hardware to hand or mount. The top gets quite warm but a hanging shelf could probably be made for this.
