• I wouldn't know the answer to your question without disassembling the unit and using a meter. I can tell you that we've had this attached to the Ring2 unit for over 6 months and never had an issue - even on cloudy days.

• Don't know. It barely keeps my ring charged. I still have to charge it about every two weeks. It is not in direct sunlight.
